Research Interests

Figs and their associated organisms, Sex Ratio evolution, Effects of Population Structure, Mycorrhizae, Mutualism, Parasitism, Plant-Insect Interactions.

Current Research

Current research conducted by me and my collaborators falls into two broad catagories:
1) studies of figs and fig-associated organisms, and
2) the interactions of tropical plants with fungal pathogens and mutualists.
3) the interactions of tropical plants with endophytic fungi
