• Good field clothes
• We have PCs for general use, but you are welcome to bring your own laptop
• Compass
• First aid kit (elastic bandages, antiseptic)
• Repellent with DEET (you don't need much)
• Debit cards, ATM cards and major Credit Cards, which are accepted throughout Panama
• Camera
• Gear and field supplies
