Fee for DNA work
Includes: gloves, cleaning supplies, lab mat, paper towel, autoclave tape, label tape, plastic paper, filters, pipette man use and maintenance, para film, blades, centriceps (use not abuse), temporal racks for PCR and other tubes.
The fee also includes the use of general equipment: centrifuges, PCR, autoclave, freezers, water bath, microwave, balances, pH meter, DNA Sequencers, plates, combs (non disposable), spacers, general lab instruments and glass containers.
Includes: Cheap general use chemicals like buffer chemicals (standard salts, etc.), distilled water, sigma water, liquid N2 (for lab use), anyl alcohol, formamide, amberlite, urea, chloroform, mercapto ethanol, HCl, bleach, ethanol 95%, phenol, isopropanol, agarose, EtBr.

Fee for isozyme work
Includes: gloves, cleaning supplies, lab mat, paper towel, autoclave tape, label tape, plastic paper, filters, filter paper, pipette man use and maintenance, parafilm, blades, temporal use of gel boxes. Use of general equipment like power packs, autoclave, dry freezer, water bath, microwave, balances, pH meter, general lab instruments and glass containers.
