The objective of the Liquid Jungle Lab is to merge traditional scientific research with high technology to improve the life of all species on our planet. A selected group of scientists from around the world will be invited to work in this very special laboratory, which is privately owned and operated by a foundation.
The research projects will concentrate on applied research in the fields of biology, marine biology, oceanography, conservation and ecology in general. The scientific community will have access to a worldwide network of contacts in technology, industry, finance and media.
The research station is on an island off the Pacific coast of the Veraguas province of Panama, approximately 250 km from Panama City (7æ 50' N, 81æ 35'W).
